Can I watch lessons in the browser?
No. To protect instructors' rights, video lessons play only inside the Fikra mobile app; this website is for discovering courses and contacting us.
How do I pay for a course?
Add the course to your cart in the app, transfer the amount using one of the listed payment methods, then upload a photo of the receipt. Our team reviews the order and activates your subscription; if it is rejected, you will see the reason and can upload again.
Can I watch offline?
Yes. Download lessons in the app and watch them without a connection. Downloaded files are encrypted and do not play outside the app.
Does my account work on more than one device?
Your account works on one device at a time, and you can end the previous session when you move to a new device.
